The personal training membership is for women who are wanting to take their training TO THE NEXT LEVEL focusing on building a strong base and gain muscle. This membership is all about strength and confidence in the gym by leaving nothing behind on the gym floor.

⮕ 3x Personal Training sessions per week: Tailored to your individual goals—whether that’s building muscle, toning, or just feeling better in your skin.
